#キャラバンです、カンタベリーっぽいのって大体3枚目くらいまです。あとはどんどんポップになっていくんですけど、このP.Hastingsのポップセンスが良いです、良いです。「夜毎太る女のために」とかとても好きです。ちなみにまだまだ現役、相変わらずのポップスをやってます。

#2枚目です、モヤモヤしたじみーな感じが面白いです。どーでも良いけど長いタイトルですね。D.Sinclairのちょっとサイケ色を残したオルガンが良い、しみじみするポップス。なごみー。

#はじめて買ったのがこれかな？3枚目のアルバム。最初はポップすぎてあんまりピンとこなかったです。というか今でも2枚目とか5枚目の方が好きですが、一応世間ではキャラバンの最高作という事になっています。まあ、後半の組曲とかはけっこう良いかも、やっぱりD.Sinclairのオルガン、これ。

#これ最高です、別にプログレだともカンタベリーだとも思わないですけど大好きです。ほとんどP.Hastingsの作曲のポップスです、B面は組曲形式でsoft machineのM.Ratledge(この人も大好き)の作曲がBACKWARDSが入っています。

Caravan/Cunning Stunts

#レコードでしか持ってないんですけど、これも結構ポップです。というかP.Hastingsの作る曲が好きになれれば、キャラバンのアルバムは全部大丈夫と思います。いつも通りの軽くてポップでちょっとイギリスらしい音楽。
で、なんでこれの邦題が「ロッキン・コンチェルト」なのかは未だにわからず。

#D.Sinclairが復帰したアルバム、とっても軽いポップですけど、P.Hastingsだけの時より全然良いです。D.Sinclairの独特のメロディーセンスが良いですね。このへんはプログレとは言えないですけど。

Richard Sinclair's CARAVAN of DREAMS

#R.Sinclairによる再編キャラバン....では無いですね、音的にはハットフィールドの方が近いです。P.Hastingsの方の本家CARAVANとの訴訟かなんかでキャラバンとは名乗れなかったみたいですね。
スタジオ録音が7曲目までで、8曲目以降はライヴみたいです。ハットフィールドの曲とかやってますね。
ドラムが元キャメルのA.Ward、キーボードはD.Sinclairです。上にハットフィールドと書きましたけど、ハットフィールドよりも歌ものの要素が強いみたいです。R.Sinclairのカンタベリらしいちょっと田舎っぽいポップスです。
個人的には相当気に入りました、中古で\600だったんで全然期待してなかったんですけど。ライヴの部分はともかく新曲とかが...えーと1992年発売ってのを感じさせない相変わらずさが魅力かも。
